Return & Exchange Policy
Website merchandise eligible for return/exchange within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer any return/exchange after 15 days of receiving your items. We will only accept returns/exchange for items with tags attached that have not been worn, altered or washed. We reserve the right to reject a return/exchange if the merchandise does not meet these requirements.
Return & Exchange Process
If your order meets the above criteria, please contact us at 206.623.1880 or email email@example.com to initiate your return/exchange. Once we have approved your return/exchange, please mail your item(s) to: 1302 5th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that when sending a return, the shipment is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage. If items are in poor or damaged condition they will be returned to the customer.
